First and foremost, we would like to thank you for your interest in booking the "Inflatable Love Boys" for your event. ILB has been entertaining audiences since 2001' with the greatest of success. Our unique blend of great musical selection and stage energy and fun are what separates ILB from your typical party band. We look forward to entertaining you in the very near future.
Helpful information: In advance of the event, we will get together with the venue director to go over staging and power requirements and load in/out procedures (see below*). If you have a party coordinator we will be in contact with him or her to discuss the schedule of events for your special evening. If you don't have a coordinator, we will work with you to tailor the evening to your specifics. Details such as seating, food and beverage arrangements for the band, etc., will be detailed and planned in advance.
Typically "Inflatable Love Boys" will perform 3 hours of music over a 4 hour period. We will arrange our set and break schedules in accordance with your wishes, but have found that four, 45 minute sets with 20 minute breaks tends to work best. During breaks we will play CD's covering various styles of music choosing songs from our personal collection, or you may bring your own.
While your guests arrive and enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, ILB will provide the perfect blend of DJ'd "dinner music" with traditional and contemporary jazz during this time.
Inflatable Love Boys traditionally entices the audience to dance to crowd favorites from the Motown era and other songs from the 60's and 70's. Earlier music selections will be chosen to appeal to the "senior" members of your audience, while later selections (80's, 90's and today) will be aimed at a younger age group. Remember, our goal is to please everyone in attendance, and we've found this approach to be very successful. Prior to your big night, we ask that you go over our song list and let us know the songs you definitely want to hear and those you definitely DO NOT want performed.
It is our goal to make sure your evening of fun and dancing is not only the one you had in mind, but one that you and all of your friends will remember for a long time to come.
*"Inflatable Love Boys" requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date which is due upon the signing of a contract. The remaining 50% is due the night of the event.
Staging and power requirements:
*Minimum of three (3), dedicated 30 amp circuits or four (4), dedicated 20 amp circuits.
*18' by 24' staging area whenever possible (some venues have smaller staging areas and we will do our best to accommodate)
